How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at 928-733-6013 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
Parts returned are subject to a re stocking fee of 15%. No returns after 30 days. Items not returnable are electrical items, Items not in the original packaging, Special order parts, Parts installed, modified or damaged will not be accepted.
Please have your invoice number ready, date of invoice, part number and reason for return

Connolly Marine will inspect the returned parts before issuing credit. Parts that fail inspection due to being installed, used or damaged will not be credited
Store credit will be issued at 100 % of parts cost return
A check back for returned parts will be subject to the 15% restocking fee

Shipping Instructions for Returns:

  • Box up and ship the parts to Connolly Marine, 1505 Countryshire Ave. Suite C, Lake Havasu City Az. 86403
  • Put a copy of the original invoice and write the Return Authorization Number on it
  • No COD's will be excepted
